last weekend we stayed in Helsinki, so we took the opportunity to visit the Helsinki Zoo on Saturday...we have been really interested to see which animals can resist the weather here... ;-)
So we meet up with some friends at central station and hit to the Zoo...
The Zoo itself is on an small island, and it's a really nice & beautiful place...you have water around you, some small hills and animals for sure...
We saw kind of Flamingos...
Turtles and small krokodile...
Strange mixtures of mouse and other things... ;-)
...the best animal ever!!!
...birds of course too...
Some kind of donkey:
Some swans...
The apes with the nice asses... or so called Pavian...
It was also a really nice sunny day in Helsinki again...
and some more animals...here a camel...
...some big crocodiles...
...a not so interested lion...
...some sleepy tigers...
we saw our first reindeers
...and some kind of bisons...
...as you can see most of the animals are really hairy ones...and they have mostly animals which can resist some bad weather...or which are used to cold night...so...between and afterwards we had some more fun...
