Lake Tahoe is the biggest mountain lake in North America, 19 km width and 2000m over sea level. The border between California and Nevada goes directly through the lake. We slept in California, but the Casinos of Nevada have been 5 min away...
It is difficult to reach the beach, because there are many private areas. Therefore we enjoyed the fantastic view in a Golf Club. The bar had an outside terrace with a great overview look. The best opportunity to celebrate Andrews birthday ;-)
